Diagnostic Service

$349 Diagnostic Fee

  • Includes travel, on-site diagnostics, and a comprehensive system evaluation.
  • If repairs are needed, we'll provide a repair estimate for your approval before any work begins.

$249 Repair Credit

If you proceed with NorCal Solar Repair for your repair, $249 of your $349 inspection fee will be credited toward the repair cost.

  • Your $349 diagnostic fee still applies.
  • Our ability to diagnose your system may be limited.
  • A follow-up visit may be required.

Grant Monitoring Access

SolarEdge Monitoring Access

  1. Sign in to the SolarEdge Monitoring Portal
  2. Select your solar site → Admin
  3. Click Site Access or Users
  4. Click Add User
  5. Email: monitoring@thesolarpros.info
  6. Permission: Maintainer
  7. Click Save

On mobile? Open the mySolarEdge app → Menu → Site Information → Users → Add User.

Tesla Powerwall Remote Access

  1. Open the Tesla app and sign in
  2. Tap your Powerwall system
  3. Tap Settings (gear icon)
  4. Look for Manage Access
  5. Choose Add Member
  6. Email: monitoring@thesolarpros.info
  7. Save the changes

Enphase Monitoring Access

Option 1 — Enphase App

  1. Open the Enphase App and sign in
  2. Tap Menu or Account → open System or Settings
  3. Select Users, Access, or Manage Permissions
  4. Tap Add User or Share Access
  5. Email: monitoring@thesolarpros.info
  6. Save your changes

No app access? Sign in to Enlighten on the web → System dashboard → Account/Users/System Access → add our email and save.

FranklinWH Remote Access

Option 1 — FranklinWH App

  1. Open the FranklinWH app and sign in
  2. Tap Menu or Settings → Account, Home, or System Settings
  3. Open Users, Household, Sharing, or Access Management
  4. Tap Add User or Invite User

  6. Grant monitoring access and save

No app access? Sign in to the FranklinWH web portal → System dashboard → Account/User Management → add our email and save.
